It was a disappointing experience. There was no complimentary water, not even in the minibar. I requested water several times, but nothing was provided. We also asked for an iron, and they told us none were available. This level of service is not acceptable, especially for a place of this standard.

L'hébergement est tres bien, mais impossible de se restaurer apres 22h30, heure de notre arrivée, et refrigerateur de la chambre complètement vide donc pas de possibilité de manger ne serait ce qu'une barre de céréale ou autre chose et aucune boisson également. Le personnel de l'accueil était efficace et sympathique.
