staff were very friendly and helped with all queries. the water fountains in the hall delivered nice cold water. the shower was lacking in pressure but this is a nitpick as the hotel itself was very good

Staff were amazing. Hotel was easy to find and in a great location with just a wall down the road to the Lourve. Room is also a great size with power sockets by the side of each bed. Good size fridge and love the water fountain on each floor. Only nitpick would be the shower. At 5ft 8 it was too low for me to be able to comfortably shower. Would also recommend some non slip mats as well as it is a bath/shower it gets quick slippery and could be a possible fall hazard.

Lovely hotel very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the buffet breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. The metro was just at the end of the road which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location, multiple metro lines just a block away. 15 min walk to shopping areas like Galeries Lafayette and scenic areas like Jardin Royale. Lots of dining options around. Older boutique hotel with cozy rooms but provided bathrobes and slippers and all toiletries. Beds were hard but I found it comfortable.

Room was small, but comfortable. Watch your toes when youre in the washroom as there is a door stopper on the floor that would love to break one or two of them! Washroom is really small for a 4 star hotel. What interaction we had with staff was courteous and efficient.

The hotel was great, and different than American hotels in the states. The room was clean, and quiet. The street is quiet and very close to a main street filled with places to eat and shop. Taking a right from the hotel you are around 15 minutes in walking distance to the Louvre Museum. Taking a left you are close to the metro and taxi stand. The staff was friendly and helpful with getting me a taxi to the airport. We had twin beds. The toilet was in a small closet size room. The sink and bathtub shower combo was in a different room and had more space.We stayed 4 nights and did not experience any problems.
