We decided to book for one night since we were on a 10 hours road trip with our two years old. Overall it was the perfect choice and location (it was on our way) not directly in the hustle area but close enough to the main attractions by metro. Unprofessional and underprepared check-in

Usually, checking into a hotel after a long day of work and travel sets the right tone for the holiday. Of course, we checked in late at night, but I expected no less than excellent service from a four-star hotel. The person at the check-in counter wasn't knowledgeable and felt they were covering for someone's absence. It was a very transactional encounter.
