It will seduce you with its beautiful volume, 45 M2, the charm of the exposed stones, the quality of the materials and its impeccable cleanliness. On the 2nd floor of a well maintained building, 4 levels, no elevator. Very bright, double exposure and double glazing. Fully furnished, arranged. Ideal for a romantic getaway or with friends. Linen and bathroom linen available to travellers. Apartment entrusted to a professional for cleaning between each occupant. For hot periods, an air cooler will be made available to you to spend pleasant nights.
    To continue to receive you always in the best conditions, additional costs will be invoiced from the 3rd traveler (bed linen/maintenance/towels)

Beware of additional fees requested at the last moment, after the cancellation/refund deadline has passed. I personally experienced this and refused to pay the additional charges. Similar situations are mentioned in many other reviews, which suggests this is not an isolated case. After I refused to pay, the communication became intimidating in my experience. The host also closely monitors guest behavior, so don’t assume small things go unnoticed (for example, leaving lights on) — you will receive a message. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this place because of these issues. Positives: good location, functional apartment, reasonably clean. Negatives: small shower, damp apartment (clothes do not dry at all).

We so enjoyed our week in Paris staying at “Marais Magic!” The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s in such a great location. Ines was very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again very soon!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Great neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Close to many of the must see sights in Paris. Second floor apartment so not too many stairs. Lots of windows and overlooking picturesque Rue des Rosiers. Host was very easy to reach and answers questions promptly. Check in was easy. We only stayed for three nights but would be great for longer stays. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location in the Marais, close to Metro, lots of restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night—windows were remarkably sound proof. Host provided a fan and portable a/c and we never felt hot. Lovely all-around, would stay here again!

A wonderful stay in Marais

It was the perfect place for my mom and I to stay during our time in Paris. The apartment is lovely; clean, charming + comfortable, and so quiet at night. It is perfectly located, so many great shops and cafes nearby, and close to the Metro/taxis to get to other areas easily. The hosts were incredibly welcoming + kind throughout our stay. We are so grateful for their kindness and our special time in their beautiful property.

A great stay in Paris

We enjoyed our stay at Ines’s place very much. Location was perfect and the flat nice and very clean. Ines’s family lived in the next apartment on the same floor so check in/out process was very smooth. We slept in a separate bedroom and the kids slept in a sofa bed in the living room.

Clean, efficient space with a lot of Parisian charm. Ines was kind to accommodate our early check in request though did charge a fee. It wasn’t unreasonable and we were happy to have a place for our travel weary family to rest before heading out to explore.

Clean, bright and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Marais! Amazingly quiet at night - you don’t even realize you’re in the city. Kitchen has everything you need - really rare to have windows on both sides - adds a lot of light and air. Already planning our return!

Fantastic location, great host

Overall this was a great place to stay. The location is very close to the Metro, and in an upbeat friendly area of the city. There is an extra charge for having more than two guests, and the air conditioning is minimal. That being said , the host is quite responsive and the space is in excellent condition and very clean.

Le Marais is an amazing location (shops, restaurants, beautiful streets to walk). The apartment is spacious, nice and spotless. The bathroom is an excellent size. The only thing I would improve would be the size of the main bed and the pillows, which are uncomfortable. Wonderful Apartment

We stayed 8 nights and the apartment was very clean, had everything we needed. Made our stay in Paris very comfortable and easy. Perfect position and easy to get around. It is on a busy street but you cannot hear any noise. Would stay here again next time in Paris and would highly recommend. Thanks Ines for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We could not have imagined a better place to stay during our visit to Paris. Nicely decorated, a large, comfortable bed, and an open living room with lots of light overlooking Rue des Rosiers, a bustling, vibrant street during the day, but wonderfully quite at night. Perhaps one of the best streets to have at your doorstep in all of Marais. Very close to the Metro (St. Paul) and walkable to all the best parts of Marais and the rest of Paris as well. Highly recommended. We will definitely return!

Lovely apartment in a great location

We spent a few days in this Marais apartment. Extraordinarily clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and pull out couch. Steps away from Metro, shopping, food, and sightseeing. Communication with owner was prompt. Good instructions provided… take my advice and read it fully so you don’t puzzle over where the cutlery is!
