Beautiful, boutique hotel. Wonderful welcome by Mario and a free upgrade. The bed and pillows were heavenly. A gorgeous quiet room with a huge bathroom. Coffee making facilities and bathrobe made it feel luxurious. Breakfast was ample and varied.

I loved the interiors of this hotel room. Very elegant and considers all the needs of the guest. However I was not happy with the hours of operation of the breakfast and gym. It didn't work with my schedule.

The only issue we had was that our key kept deactivating and we had to keep going to the front desk to get a new one. Oh and the WiFi never worked. Other than that everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Skip this place!

This property was absolutely misleading. There were no gold member extras. The beverage was a plastic bottle of water. I actually gave it back to them because the business appears to be hurting for money. The suite we reserved was tiny and made even smaller by the rooftop slanted ceilings. The mold in the bathroom was disgusting!

I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how well they spoke English — it made everything so easy. The hotel was perfectly quiet at night, so I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that all the bathroom amenities were L’Occitane products — such a luxurious touch! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
