The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious and functional apartment, designed to accommodate up to five travelers. Perfectly arranged & located, it is ideal for a stay in Paris with friends, family or for business.



The apartment includes:

• A spacious and bright living room: it has a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a convertible armchair for one person, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding - also storage space and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: the bathroom has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A practical fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, plus all utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: this space is designed to comfortably enjoy your meals.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. These items are subject to availability, and please note that baby linen is not provided.



Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with additional charges if applicable.



Deposit Information:

A €250 deposit is required to access the property, payable online only via credit card through SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Guidelines & Responsibilities:

Be considerate of neighbors; loud noises may result in deductions from your deposit.

We are not responsible for any ongoing construction inside the building.



Internet Use:

Please refrain from unauthorized activities online. We are not liable for any internet connection issues.

Minimum Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age. Non-compliance will result in denial of stay with no refund.
