The apartment was in the best location and our host, Christian, was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean.We would recommend staying here and will definitely contact Christian when we next return to Paris.

We booked into Christian's cute little apartment for a week. It was sparkling clean, in a great location, and Christian was easy to communicate with.

Exceptional, well-designed, modern, cool, clean and full of natural light apartment in a typical Parisian building. Although on the 6th floor it has an elevator. It is cosy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Right in the lively Marais. but no noise indoors. Very central, I walked everywhere. The check-in was easy and Christian was a very friendly and accommodating host. Will be very happy to stay again in Christian’s place next time I visit Paris.

We loved everything! Perfect location and amazingly quiet for such a central location. Neighbourhood had a really lovely vibe. The views from the small balcony overlooking the rooftop’s of Le Marais were magical. The apartment was very charming and tastefully decorated. Christian provided everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Location to Notre Dame and other major attractions were only a few minutes walk. Only a 2 minute walk to the metro. We highly recommend this apartment. Terrific value for money. 100% would stay here again. Thank you Christian.

Si visitarán Paris unos días no duden en alquilar este piso. Es muy bonito, tiene todo lo que se pueda precisar (increíble variedad de recursos para un piso pequeño), la ubicación es inmejorable a dos cuadras de un metro y en el barrio más simpático de Paris. Christian es un propietario siempre a disposición y de comunicación fácil. No tenemos más que agradecimiento para con él. Volveremos seguro. Gracias!

Die Lage des CosyNestMarais ist hervorragend, für meine Tochter und mich gerade noch ausreichend groß, Christian zugewandt und bemüht, man hat das Gefühl, bei einem guten Bekannten zu wohnen. Rundum alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage in Paris mit einer Veganerin braucht.
