典型的なパリのHausmanien 6階建ての建物の2階に位置する45平方メートルの広さを誇るBatignolles地区は、モンマルトルを東に、シャンゼリゼを西に、ショッピング街をGrands Boulevards of Southに近くなっています。 それは伝統的（パリ）と新興（現代）の両方です。
アパートは完全に改装され、新しいです。

1つのリビング＆ダイニングルーム、オープンキッチン、1ベッドルーム（クイーンサイズベッド）、1バスルーム 快適なソファは2名用のベッドに変換できます。

冷蔵庫、モダンな食器洗い機、洗濯乾燥機、オーブンなどキッチンには設備が完備されています。

バスルームにはウォークインシャワー、シンク、トイレが付いています。

This was a lovely flat. We loved the neighborhood….walked to numerous excellent restaurants. Also appreciated the storage options in each room. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to ‘live out of a suitcase.’ There were shelves in the bathroom; drawers, shelves, and closet space in the bedroom; and a kitchen table and coffee table for other items. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in einem netten Viertel von Paris

Die Ferienwohnung liegt gut gelegen, um per Fuß oder mit der Metro Paris zu erkunden. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist direkt eine Baguetterie mit sehr leckeren Essen für das Frühstück. Ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Unweit befinden sich viele kleine nette Lokale. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern in der Wohnung, was für den Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten okay war. Es wäre nur schön gewesen, wenn wir einen richtigen Bettbezug für die große Bettdecke vorgefunden hätten. Der

It was our 40th wedding anniversary & we just love Paris - this was our first time at this beautiful apartment & we will definitely come again. Everything you need, lovely shops & restaurants nearby - just perfect. The only downside was that both of us came down with a rotten virus - possibly covid And spent 3 of our 6 days indoors and just venturing out to local shops. At least it was a nice place to be poorly and it means we’ll have to come back again to make up for it. Thank you for a great stay despite this and for the kind gift of chocolates which were awesome!

Great Flat

We really enjoyed the flat. There was plenty of room for our family. The location was very good for walking to shops or to the metro/train station. Would definitely recommend this flat. Would stay again on a return trip to Paris.

Wonderful Stay in Batignolles

We've stayed in the 17th several times; it is our favorite arrondissement. This apartment was in a great location, a short walk from the Levis market, restaurants and the Metro. It is well appointed, spacious, airy and very comfortable. We easily communicated with the owner via VRBO. They were very responsive. We would stay again for sure. Special thanks to Phillippe for his help.

Prima locatie, dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden.

Appartement was netjes en schoon. Wel her en der wat spinnenrag aan het plafond. Spoelbak van het toilet, radiator en plinten waren wel stoffig en het doucheputje was ook niet helemaal schoon (haren). Locatie is super. Dichtbij de metro vanwaar je overal naar toe kunt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in schönem Pariser Wohnviertel

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Pariser Wohnviertel, Nahverkehrsmittel wie Metro und Busse in der Nähe. Man ist schnell im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist neu saniert, hat einen hübschen kleinen Balkon, ist sehr nett eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir fühlten uns wie bei Freunden. Wundervolle Ferienwohnung in Paris

Wir konnten unseren Paris Urlaub in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung verbringen. Tolle Lage in Pariser Wohngebiet mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung durch Metro und Busse. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich und mir allem, was man benötigt, eingerichtet. Irgendwie hatte man das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu wohnen. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr nett. Ein zauberhaftes Appartement inmitten der Stadt und den Parisern. Nicht touristisch! Wer vollends französisches Flair, geschäftiges Treiben am Tag und pulsierendes Leben am Abend genießen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Fenster und Balkontüren sind schalldicht. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Wenn Paris, dann dieses Appartement!!!

Batignolles apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much in this very well equipped apartment. The Batignolles neighbourhood, which was new to our Parisian visits, had easy access to transit, lots of restaurants to choose from and a wonderful market street nearby where we discovered La Meringaie patisserie. Philippe was an excellent host.

This Paris flat was perfect for our five-day stay. We loved the neighborhood -- its restaurants, shops, access to transportation and walkability. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with everything advertised. The elevator was appreciated on the days we needed to haul our luggage in and out. The boulangerie across the street was a bonus and got our business every morning. (Who doesn't want fresh croissants or a baguette every day in Paris?) The restaurants nearby were excellent and the type of place a Parisian would enjoy -- not your typical tourist trap. We would love to stay here again on a return trip to Paris.

A wonderful apartment in a great neighbourhood!

Fantastic apartment with everything you will need for your stay. Great kitchen to cook in and a spacious living area and bedroom. Great balcony to watch the world go buy. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of food options…market stalls with lots of lovely fresh foods available and a variety of cafes and restaurants so you can eat in or dine out. Great communication with the hosts who were very helpful and friendly. We loved our two weeks at the apartment and will definitely try to come back.
