16 m 2 for this very nice studio that will have everything as a big place. 3rd strair with lift. 3 Large windows overlooking a courtyard:


• Kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, fridge, cooker hood, coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher, washing machine linen, tumble dryer and everything needed for cooking and eating.


• Dining area with a round table and 2 chairs


• Bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, dressing room, TV, Internet, dressing.


• Shower room to the bedroom with walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer and WC


The linen is provided (towels and sheets). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Safe.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Fantastic Stay!

We enjoyed staying here during our trip to Paris! The unit is incredibly clean and well stocked with items for cooking, cleaning, and laundry. It is also in a great location! Very safe and an easy walk to many restaurants and the metro. It exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

The flat was in excellent condition with ample provided kitchen resources. It was reasonably quiet, and except for a bizarre set of four locked doors to get through was convenient. Getting a bus or metro involved a significant walk. There was no affordable restaurant nearby, and the only grocery or boulangerie were a longish walk. We cannot say enough good things about the rental agent Romaine. He was helpful, friendly and informative. And he responded without complaint when we made a truly dumb mistake about the lock. If I were going to Paris again, I'd have no hesitation about booking this property.

Great place to stay!

This apartment is a great place to stay for your visit to Paris. It is clean, well-appointed and equipped with everything you need. It is safe and secure and within easy walking distance to great dining and shopping. The management staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Nice studio for 2.

Nice studio, great location: walkable to most of places of interest. Metro is very close by if prefer metro. Easy check in process, host is easy to communicate. Very cute, clean and cozy apartment. We will be back some day.

Nice place!

Everything was great for this price point and location in Paris. Thomas was very helpful at check in. Some suggestions would be to have a fan or ceiling fan and an outlet in the bathroom as well as bath/ shampoo choice that is hypoallergenic. There is no A/C but if you can sleep with the windows open you don’t need it.

Candid about Candide

Although small, it’s compact and has everything needed and was very clean on arrival. Really quiet considering where it is in Paris and slept really soundly Probably suits a younger couple looking for somewhere to stay for a long weekend. It would be good if there were written instructions for the television / washing machine / dryer as although explained - I was jet lagged and got confused. Camille who checked me in was fantastic at dropping by and re-explaining things. It’s really easy to walk around the area - and lots of interesting places to go and eat. The metro line is not the best as it requires lots of changes to get to the more visited sites. My only negatives - tiles a bit slippery in bathroom - have to be really careful in the shower. Great water pressure. The dryer is only good for drying a few light things at a time. But that’s to be expected in those combined washer / dryers. My biggest disappointment - the agency was quick to react when I spilt wine on the duvet and charge me for a new one (which is also to be expected) . However, when I notified them that there was a little brown mouse scurrying around and hiding under the fridge area - radio silence. If they had contacted me to apologise I wouldn’t be writing it here. Having given them two reminders to contact me. Fortunately being Australian - wasn’t too worried

Great location. Feel of safety. Clean. Very friendly check in. Small but cozy. Had everything we needed and washer dryer was great. Was nice to be able to have kitchen amenities so we could have breakfast in room. Thank you to all.

Clean And Cute

My wife and I stayed in this flat for a long weekend. Conveniently located to metro line 8 and a roughly 30 minute walk to many major attractions. Everything was in good working order and clean. My only complaint is that the mattress is quite saggy in the middle, but we were so tired from our daily activities that it didn't bother us that much.

Great location

This property was perfect for two of us in Paris for a week as it had bed, bath, kitchen, and washer/dryer. We could walk to most sites (Louvre, Marais, etc.) and easily get around by taxi or Uber if needed. Extra secure. Many restaurants in walking distance. We needed to contact the owner (very helpful) as the washer/dryer was not understandable to USA residents, and he sent a manual which we suggest you get in advance if you plan to use washer/dryer. When you arrive, make sure safe is open and ready to use, and the soap/shampoo set is there. While we bought the cleaning package (detergent/dishwasher), it was not needed as we found all we needed in the drawers. Save some Euros!

Court séjour sur Paris

Studio très bien décoré, bien équipé. Lit fait et belles serviettes mises à disposition. Bien chauffé. Calme.Cécile a été charmante pour l'accueil.Idéalement situé. Proches Galeries Layette Hausmann.Très central.Parking Drouot situé à 5 mn environ de la location très pratique et très propre.Sécurisation des lieux.Un seul bémol : désagréables odeurs dans la salle d'eau où se trouve aussi les toilettes ! Sans cet inconvénient, j'aurais volontiers réservé à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour.

Our Spot in Paris

This property was perfectly situated for us; near a metro stop that took us everywhere, around the corner from a wonderful boulangerie, and closer than we thought to our favorite food street in Paris; Rue Cadet. The Apartment IS small, but we knew that going in. The lift was a huge plus, as the apartment is 4 flights up. Two words of caution: The water in the property gets VERY hot VERY quickly, so be careful. Also, The overall lighting is not very good for reading, as the bulbs are too dim. Fortunately, the one wall is all windows, so lots of natural light. Pretty qhiet at night as well, for Paris.
