Beautiful Apartment With Terrace, 1 Step From Notre-Dame

  • Located on the medieval rue Maître Albert, in the historical Saint-Michel district, this bright, 45 sqm apartment with its 15 sqm terrace has everything to accommodate your stay in Paris.

    Leaving the building, to the left you reach the Seine river, Notre-Dame (100m away), and to the right there is the Place Maubert with some of the best local products available around. The lively farmers market takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

    The Latin quarter is home to some of the oldest architecture in Paris. Right in the heart of the city, it is the perfect location for exploring on foot or by transport. Metro/RER/bus stations are all within a few minutes of walking, as well as shops, cafés, museums.

    The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building with a charming courtyard. It offers a bright living room furnished with a sofa, TV and A/C, a wardrobe and a dining area.
    The kitchen is fully fitted with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishes, pots and pans.
    The bedroom offers a large double bed with a big window, A/C, and ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
    The spacious rooftop terrace can be accessed from both the living-room and the bedroom. It overlooks the Rue Maître Albert and offers views of the Panthéon.

    High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi Connection (up to 1 Gb/s shared and 500 Mb/s per device)
    Recently renovated during the winter of 2024 to accommodate tourists again.
    Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

The host was so nice from before our arrival. I didn’t follow his directions to the apartment but he found us and got us all settled in. He was quick to respond to all of our inquiries and was genuinely kind.

Great Host, apartment and location. Keimo was super responsive. Met us on day one and showed us how everything worked, made restaurant recommendations and was very responsive the couple of times we text with questions. We’ve done a lot of B&B’s for the last 40 years and Keimo has been one of the best hosts we have met. We had friends with us at another B&B and they were very envious of the size and location of the apartment. The 70 steps up could be a little challenging after a day of walking for this 70 plus couple, but having the balcony to sit on was well worthwhile. Thanks Keimo

Amazing apartment. Walking distance of almost every you want to see in Paris. The owner greeted us at the apartment to check us in and personally show us around. Easiest check in ever . Will stay there again . Fantastic balcony.

Keimo was fabulous. He started texting us a few days upon arrival with details on the property. I’ve stayed in many vrbos all over the world and this is one of the best. Location was a 2 min walk to notre dame. Love everything about this place.

Charming apartment in an ideal location! The apartment is air conditioned, super clean, and well laid out. The host is kind, responsive, and accommodating. Location is absolutely ideal for visiting, walkable to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, the Maret and so much more. Bed is comfy too! Highly recommended!

One of the best places I've ever stayed at! I can't say enough good things about the apartment and the host, Keimo. From the moment I made the reservation, Keimo made sure that everything ran smoothly. He met me at the apartment for check-in, helped to carry my luggage, and was always available to answer any questions I had. He truly cares about his guests. The location of the apartment is perfect, just next to the Seine on the left bank near a metro station and many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment was spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning especially was appreciated since I was there during a record heat wave. There are large windows throughout the apartment that let in a lot of light and offer very nice views, and of course the balcony was lovely to sit out on. I really enjoyed my 2-weeks here, and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you, Keimo!

The place worked perfect for us. Very nice unit with everything we needed for our stay. The host was over-the- top helpful. Great location to all kinds of restaurants and cafes. Lovely

Keimo was a great host. He met us at the apartment, made sure we were set up and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and exactly as in the photos. The stairs are a bit tricky with luggage but nothing we couldn’t handle. Overall a great stay in a great location.

Perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as advertised and spotless. The host asks that you remove your shoes and provides slippers so you know he cares about the property. It’s a bustling neighborhood and we made good use of the terrace as we listened to the bells of Notre Dame. The host communicated quickly. We would stay again!!

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a great location! Owner quickly responded to messages. Easy walk to Notre Dame, and in close proximity to the Metro stations. The place was absolutely the perfect spot for my trip to Paris with my mom. He was beyond helpful, to the point where he reached out a couple days before our arrival, with information on different travel options to take from the airport to the apartment. When we arrived he was there to greet us, and show us around the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, well kept and was the perfect place to call home for the week. The location of his apartment was amazing, just steps away from groceries, restaurants and cafes, as well as the amazing Notre Dame. Highly recommend his place for any couple or single traveler.

Magnifique! A magical location, nestled among cafes in a charming neighborhood and just steps from Notre Dame, the Seine, and so much more. We were able to easily explore all of Paris either by walking or hopping on a metro minutes from the apartment. The terrace was our favorite amenity, so much space with views and a way to hear the sounds below while enjoying breakfast or an after dinner drink. Inside, super clean and everything you could need. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms, which was nice as we were a party of three with a child. The convertible couch made for an extra sleeping space and we appreciated having a washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher and small fridge. We visited in early summer with temperatures hitting nearly 100 degrees and the air conditioning was an amazing relief. We turned it on after exhausting days exploring the city and the apartment was cool within minutes (and the space was naturally cooler given its placement in the building and the shutters to keep out the warm rays). Wonderful host, was there to greet us, helped carry our luggage up the stairs, explained the easy process to enter and exit the building. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect apartment for a recent 4 night stay with my two kids; we absolutely loved it. Clean, bright, comfortable, and big enough for the 3 of us (two in the bedroom and one on the convertible couch). The location could not have been better: steps from Notre Dame and metro stations, but still quiet at night. The host met us at check-in to show us around the place, and he was responsive and helpful when I messaged him with questions. The balcony and AC were great, as were the additional conveniences (clothes washer, drying rack, dishwasher, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Cozy 4th floor Apartment with terrace

The apartment was perfect for my family of 3. Keimo was an excellent host and helped get luggage into the apartment. Navigating the stairs other than that wasn’t bad. The location was excellent. Short walk to notre dame and many restaurants, coffee options nearby. The A/C worked very well. The terrace is very safe for children and at night was a great place to sit and enjoy the Parisian atmosphere.

A Perfect Parisian Apartment

This property does not disappoint! The location is perfect. So close to the Seine and Notre Dame and overlooking the garden rooftops of surrounding historic buildings, this apartment is a dream. There are lovely restaurants, cafes and markets at either end of the quiet street. All transportation is easy to get to.The host met us at the apartment and was always available by text. He’s super helpful. The apartment is clean, bright and modern with historic touches left in place. The balcony table and inner courtyard are perfect. This is a very romantic setting! It’s everything you hope to experience in Paris!
