The Space:

This bright, modern studio on rue Pouchet in the 17th arrondissement is perfect for two people. It offers optimized space with a mezzanine bed and a comfortable sitting area with a bright yellow sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, extractor fan, washing machine and coffee machine. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide coffee pods, tea bags and a bottle of water on arrival.



The bathroom features an elegant marble-style shower, creating a refined ambience. Soap and shower gel are also available.



The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, ideal for working or organizing your visits. Pets are allowed, so your four-legged friends are welcome.

- We can provide you with a baby bed on request and free of charge

- For an arrival on the same day (i.e. if you reserve the apartment on the day of your arrival), the apartment can be cleaned until 7 p.m. instead of the usual 2 p.m.

- Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request

- We offer a paid luggage storage service starting at 2 PM.
