Beautiful apartement with A/C, 71 square meters, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the 1st floor with lift, on the street. Beautiful view on Bastille. 







  • living room with sofa, armchair, small table, 4K smart HD TV, bluetooth speaker, internet connction, and dinning area ith tabe and chairs opening on the kitchen. The sofa can turn into a bed of 160 x 190cm.


  • kitchen opened on the living room with fridge, freezer, hotplates, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary for cooking, washer/dryer, hoover, iron and iron table.


  • 1st bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer.

  • 1st bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, 4K smart TV.


  • 2nd bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, possible to split it in 2 beds of 90 x 200cm, 4K smart TV.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Great spot for give nights

My husband and I, with another couple, stayed for five nights at this is lovely apartment. It has large windows and was recently renovated. The location is excellent. There was one maintenance problem which was quickly resolved. Overall, a great spot!

Excellent place to stay in Paris

We've stayed in many rentals and this was one of our favorites. The apartment had the feel of a high end hotel suite. We were there on an unusually hot summer day, so coming back to a cool apartment with an amazing shower was so appreciated. Close to many restaurants, attractions, bus and subway. Would definitely stay again.

Great Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days after New Years. The location is fantastic, right by the Bastille and the Opera House. The apartment was well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of storage and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and great apartment

We booked this apartment for a week last year and forgot to leave a review. We’re looking to book this apartment again this year. The location is ideal. Close enough to everything but without the crowds. The apartment was great and well appointed. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and some small grocery stores for when you eat at home. Don’t miss the Bastille market on Sundays and Thursdays. It is a foodie paradise.

Paris à l'automne

J'ai adoré l'emplacement, près du métro et de beaucoup de monuments mais avec une atmosphère pas seulement touristique. Il y a des restos à proximité mais aussi des épiceries, des boulangeries. etc L'appartement lui même est fraîchement rénové et très comfortable.
