Situated on the 3rd floor (without lift), this 62 sq. m luminous apartment is composed of:

- a perfectly equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),

- a working desk,
- fans.

Following the summer of 2023, a fan has been installed in each room for added comfort.

Please note the following additional costs:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

Whether you want to go shopping at Le Bon Marché, visit the Parc du Luxembourg or run along the banks of the Seine - in this studio you can fully enjoy the French capital on foot or by transport and discover the many chic restaurants and bars of the district.
