The Urban Flat in Paris Team is happy to welcome you in this charming apartment in the heart of Paris.



We are happy to announce that regardless of the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels according to the maximum capacity of the apartment.



This former embroidery workshop that worked for the greatest French haute couture brands has been entirely converted into a luxurious apartment to accommodate up to 13 guests.

The 92m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 4 bedrooms of which 2 have en-suite bathrooms and 1 additional bathroom with toilet.

To welcome you under the best possible sanitary conditions, our apart'hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected.

Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team puts at your disposal Afnor standard masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and soap.



ATTENTION: parties are strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate termination without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit as a matter of course.



For any reservation during New Year's, a deposit of 1500 euros will be required



The common areas are clean but in poor condition



We offer you FREE access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm. You can book your time slot at our agency at 9 rue du caire, 75002 Paris.



Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
