"Prefect location, close enough to Yellowstone park entrance without being in the hustle and bustle of Gardiner. The river was really flowing and could be heard quietly while drifting to sleep, so peaceful! The owners were fantastic, greeted us upon arrival to go over a few things and show us around. Very clean house, had everything you may need. The back yard is great and wish we could have enjoyed it more but the weather had other plans! I highly recommend this house!"

"Although the front of the property was not well kept, the location and home were perfect for our needs. Comfortable and extremely close to gate to Yellowstone and within walking distance of many places to eat and shop. I walk with a cane and it was accessible. They asked for shoes to be removed when entering the home but made an exception for my braces. The front porch was a delightful place to sit in the evenings and early mornings,"

"We had a wonderful stay here over the Christmas holiday. The house is well equipped for a family - exactly what we needed in the kitchen (plenty of cookware, utensils, mixer, etc.) and nice touches for kids (games, books, toys.). The home is both cozy and open with a great space to gather for a meal or to relax on the couch. We stay in Livingston frequently to visit our family and this house is one of our favorites yet!"

"Our stay here was nice. The cabin matches the description well. Having a four wheel drive car is pretty much a must to get to cabin but need to watch sizing of car to get across bridge. My husband and I experienced this cabin with 8 inches of snow. The area the cabin is in, is beautiful!! "We’ve stayed here many times to the point where I’ve lost track. It rained for most of the time but we soaked at Chico and also had a wonderful meal at their dining room. We watched movies and read a lot. We also prepared our own meals using the fully stocked kitchen. A new addition was the the wifi, which I was grateful for as I was able to monitor my home and greenhouse remotely. Had it been nicer weather, we would have hiked up to Emigrant Creek Falls.
