Permai is fantastic, we had a treehouse and enjoyed waking up to monkeys and bird song each morning. It is a perfect place to just relax and do nothing or book some tours from. The staff were all lovely and helpful, if driving us themselves to catch a late afternoon boat trip. We extended our stay another night as we loved it so much.

No security guard to manage the arrival place where guests disembark. both the place underneath the covered entrance was occupied by other vehicles. The driver of the said vehicle conveniently parked their cars there and no drivers were inside the vehicles. It was raining and guests have to run under the rain from park car to the hotel.
Without security guard also expose the guests to risk of unwanted people.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Really big outdoor pool that feels like a relaxing resort. If you get a room with a river view, you benefit from a multi light fireworks music night show.
