Room had an excellent view of the beach. The host was very accessible. The pools and hot tub were great. Condo needs some maintenance on plumbing.

The view was amazing! The condo was as pictured, it was comfortable and clean. Majestic towers did a wonderful job with keeping pools/hot tubs clean, garbage empty, and general safety. We didn’t cook, but looked like there was plenty of cookware- no cookie sheets or cleaning supplies in the condo. There was one dishwasher pack and washing machine pod left, no trash bags- it wasn’t listed as they are supplied but had hoped. Pack/shop accordingly. I would definitely stay here again- we walked almost everywhere and had a wonderful time.

The beach view was awesome. Sept/Oct is a great time of year since the pool was never crowded, the temps were only mid-80's, and there was a constant breeze. My car hardly left the garage, since most anything I needed was within walking distance. The roads were pristine, with very little traffic. I highly recommend booking during the "off season."

Nice location and easy check in process. Super clear instructions made everything fast and easy. Secured parking with additional fees paid separately. Unit a little outdated being on the top floor you can see the stress crack and cabinet shifted. None of them closed properly, tiles cracked and stovetop cracked. Bath shower leaked, Not the cleanest (shower head was thick with gunk) nor any cleaning supplies, or extra trash bags left. Wouldn’t mind staying again as long as I know what to expect. It’s a big place once you get used to a route it’s easy to navigate. As far as gym facilities shouldn’t be listed as that’s for the owners only.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean and spacious. Easy check in. The host was very quick to respond to texts. The condo/resort had everything we needed to enjoy the week and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo with a group of six adults. The view from the 23rd floor was beautiful, and the location was excellent—close to the beach and everything we needed. The condo was spacious, clean, and had thoughtful touches like a good coffee pot. Even being on a higher floor, the elevators moved quickly, though that may vary during busier times.The only drawback was the bedding—especially the bunk bed mattress, where you could feel the springs. While not a deal breaker, an update there would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, this was a great spot for a beach trip, and we’d recommend it for groups looking for plenty of room and a convenient location.

Check in was flawless. The unit had everything we needed including WiFi plus more. Really well kept unit with an awesome view. Will definitely look at returning and would highly recommend for others.

This place has a beautiful view, very cozy living area, very modern appliances, plenty of eating utensils and glasses and bowls. Security at the resort was very top notch, we felt very safe including in the pool areas where Security patrol very regularly. Check in process was as easy as it gets. The owner Mark was very easy to reach out to and typically responded within minutes with any questions or concerns, even if one of the questions had to do with user error on one of the appliances. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Disappointed – Poorly Cleaned and MaintainedWe were very disappointed with our stay at this condo. The pictures online were misleading and did not reflect the true condition of the property. The unit was poorly cleaned and maintained — we found broken patio chairs, mold on the shower curtains and exterior-facing curtains, and dirty sheets that clearly hadn't been properly laundered. The dryer didn’t work and even stained some of our clothes. Everything in the condo felt dated, worn out, and in need of serious repair or replacement. Would not recommend until the property is thoroughly cleaned, maintained, and updated. When this was brought up to the owner the only solution was to immediately vacate the property for a refund.

I have a dishwasher, her name's Erica (ha ha) and she sticks out about as far as this dishwasher from the kitchen sink 🤣

The pantry door only closes this far. At least I can see all dry the groceries I got for the week 😂

That color doesn't look natural at all. Oh but don't smoke in the condo, just walk out to the balcony someone's smoking something out there. More than likely maijuana. (None of my party smokes, anything)

Stove has 2 cracked burners on the right side, guess I'm only cooking on the left. It's a shame I'm not left handed.

Great Place to Stay!

What a great week in a beautiful condo! We booked for our annual family vacation(we’ve been coming every summer for 10 years now)… We hadn’t stayed this far east(or at Majestic before), and have to say we enjoyed it! The condo was very clean, well furnished, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Convenience to the elevator right by the room was awesome as well… Mark checked in with us the morning we came down and was quick to respond when we had random question during our stay! Being right down the street from Walmart for a grocery pickup I ordered before coming down was nice, and I loved that security had different style carts for loading a week’s groceries up 23 floors! All in all, we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!

We are two sets of grandparents each with an 8 year-old granddaughter. There was plenty of room for all of us with a sleeper couch to spate. The place was beautiful, clean and close to everything. Security was highly visible in many locations. They have an indoor pool and a couple of outdoor pools. There's also a little market on the premesis along with a grill/bar. We had a fantastic time and will be back!!

Perfect for family!

Condo 2324 was the absolute perfect place for our trip. From the location to the views to the price, we could have not asked for more. It was clean and just as described. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of things to cook and eat with. Spring break tends to be a little hectic but we had zero problems finding good parking spots, no trouble getting in/out of parking garage, the elevators were extremely fast! There were never any police showing up due to “spring breakers”. Lots of families and kids around so we fit right in with our crew! I cannot recommend this place enough!
