This spacious beach house can accommodate 15 guests, making it ideal for large families, group of friends, or even a romantic retreat. It is an entertainment paradise with Pickleball court, Heated Pool and Gameroom! The interior is thoughtfully designed, exuding a warm and inviting ambiance. The living areas are tastefully furnished, allowing you to unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Large windows and multiple doors open up to the fresh breeze from the ocean, creating an immediate connection to the natural beauty outside. There is one bedroom on main level, and 3 bedrooms on upper level, with a total of 7 beds. The upstairs loft is your game paradise for evening entertainment, with Foosball, Ping Pong and Arcades. There is more fun upstairs with XBox and over 10 board games to keep everyone busy. The back patio has charcoal grill and gas grill, a dining table to seat 6. The swimming pool with pool toys is heated so you can use year around. Cooler, beach wagon and beach chairs are available for rent, please return them to the shed after use. The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs. Drip and Keurig coffee maker and basic spices provided. Starter Kit with trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.

There are 3 parking spots next to the house in the driveway, additional parking is available outside on the nearby streets (be mindful to not block driveways and roads). You can fit a RV or trailer on the driveway.

The beach is only 0.3 miles away, you can rent beach wagon, beach chairs, buckets and an ice cooler for a nominal fee. Many restaurants are nearby, with the popular Schooner’s only 0.5 miles away. You can launch your boat using a boat ramp in the Marina about 0.5 miles from the house up east on US-98.

PETS: Pets are allowed, select number of pets during booking. $150 per pet.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. Contact host if you are under 25 years to make an exception ($200 non-refundable under age fee).
