Steps to the Beach, Heated Pool,Beach Gear Provided!

Welcome to Double Splash! Located near the East End of PCB near a ton of family fun hot spots and great local restaurants! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool house is just a short 2 Block Walk to the public beach access point!

Take advantage of the provided beach wagon to effortlessly carry your provided beach gear essentials and cooler to keep your drinks and snacks cold.

When you step into the backyard, you will be met with the perfect set up to spend the day by the pool. Pool toys are available for your enjoyment! The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge of $50 per night (with a 48 hour notice)! You can enjoy sunbathing on the loungers or sipping your favorite drink sitting in the Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a game of Bag toss or have lunch at the covered patio table and chairs!

In the evenings enjoy a night swim made possible by the pool light and solar powered string lights!

Each Bedroom is equipped with a set of sheets, 2 pillows per person and comfortable quilt or comforter to keep you warm! There is a box fan provided in every room for your convenience as well.

Bedroom 1: Primary Bedroom with King Bed offers the ideal setting for relaxation! Equipped with a SMART ROKU 60" TV you can log into to watch your next TV series or movie! The ceiling fan overhead can provide a gentle breeze.

1st Full Bathroom: This stunning primary en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, double bowl vanity, and a private toilet room. You will also be provided fresh towels, washcloths, hair dryer, and a travel size, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!

Bedroom 2: This room has Two, Twin XL Beds for your comfort. There is a SMART ROKU 50" TV you can log into to binge watch your shows! There is also a pack n play available if needed. The ceiling fan overhead can provide a gentle breeze.

Bedroom 3: This room has two sets of Bunk Beds (total of 4, Twin Beds). It is equipped with a SMART ROKU 40" TV to hook up your video games and play the night away!

2nd Full Bathroom: This full bathroom (with tub) is available for use equipped with fresh towels, washcloths, a travel size, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook up the local catch of the day or BBQ hot dogs and brats while relaxing by the pool! The Kitchen table will comfortably seat six (6) with two (2) additional seats at the Island.

Living Room: A sectional, and two comfortable lounge chairs, are waiting for you to relax in after the day on the beach. Log into the SMART ROKU 65" TV to watch movies with your family or friends or enjoy the use of one of the Board Games provided for your entertainment!

Laundry Room: Fully equipped washer and dryer (with provided detergent pods and dryer sheets) are available and allow you to keep your swimsuits fresh and clean throughout your stay!

Free Wi-Fi is available on the property!

Other Provided Items: Toilet Paper, Paper-Towels, Hand Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Kitchen sponge and Trash Bags for your convenience.


*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with you.

We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in and must be used for entire length of your stay. (Example: If you are staying 3 nights, you would be charged $150.00 to heat the pool). The heated pool temperature will be around 86 degrees.

Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee.

Pets - This home is dog friendly. Up to two dogs. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them. Failure to clean up after your dog will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking of any kind indoors. If there is evidence of smoking in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $500.

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and a total of 4 outdoor cameras (2 in the front yard and 2 in the back yard). These are there for safety and security. They do have video and audio recording capabilities. These may not be tampered with in any way. Evidence of tampering with will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

Weather Related Refunds: We follow all guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
