Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands.

Great location and amazing property

Beautiful well decorated unit with comfortable beds and fully equipped with anything you may need. Communication with the host was excellent. No complaints at all on this one, and will keep as one of my favorites to come back to.
