The first floor features a spacious living area with large windows that flood the room with natural light and offer panoramic views of the beach, surf, and sunsets. Step outside to the inviting front porch overlooking the Gulf, or unwind in the fully stocked kitchen with Frigidaire Professional Series Stainless Appliances and Quartz Countertops. This floor also includes a bunk bedroom, full bath, full-size laundry, and garage access. The home offers a huge back yard space, so you have plenty of room for grilling, or any outdoor activities.
Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and direct access to a covered balcony with sweeping Gulf views. The first guest room boasts its own small balcony, also with Gulf views, and includes a king bed and a full-over-full bunk bed for extra sleeping space. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds.
But the real showstopper is the third floor, home to the Margarita Room. This delightful retreat features a half bath, inside seating area, and access to one of the largest outdoor balconies on the Gulf Coast. With over 500 square feet of space, this expansive outdoor living area is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views. It's always 5 o'clock somewhere, so why not head to "Margaritaville" any time of the day?

Mint To Be is located in the highly coveted Laguna Beach area. This low density, never crowded area is only 5 miles from Rosemary Beach, and 4 miles from Pier Park. So you are close to all of the action and fun, but never crowded or fighting for beach space.
