The Space:
Guests of the resort will be able to enjoy plentiful onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, tiki bar, market, restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Not to mention, this condo boasts full ocean views just steps away from the front door onto the breezy balcony. Just one look and it’ll be easy to see why this area is one of the most beautiful beach destinations in the world!
For on-land exploration, St. Andrews State Park is less than 4 miles away offering many oceanfront trails, or you can venture to Pine Log State Forest or Conservation Park, where inland trails and boardwalks are perfect for walking, hiking, and bicycling amid the trees and marshland. For shopaholics, a trip to the outdoor mall at Pier Park is a must. From over 120 stores including name-brand retailers, to an IMAX theater and laser tag, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy. When it’s time to feed your appetite there are dozens of dining options to choose from, including seafood staples with oceanfront views like Runaway Island or Pineapple Willy’s.
While the views may be the best of the outdoor features of the home, the indoor features are desirable in their own right, with bright and open spaces complimented with comfortable furnishings and stately décor. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating perfect for settling in to surf the channels or queue up a movie. The well-equipped kitchen is ready to help you prepare quick snacks and formal meals alike, showcasing stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The high-top dining table seats 4 whether you’re dining in or engaging in a fun-filled game night. In the early morning hours with a fresh cup of coffee or the evening hours with a refreshing cocktail, find your way to the balcony to soak in the panoramic views and allow the fresh air to carry the remainder of your worries away.
This home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a hallway nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
This unit also offers an additional half bathroom off the main Jack & Jill, separated by a pocket door for privacy.

• Guests will check in at the front desk. Please note that there is a $27 fee to the resort for one Parking Pass and four Wristbands. Additional parking passes may be purchased based on availability.
