Helen had a beautiful condo with an amazing view. She was easy to contact with any questions or concerns we had. Beach service was also excellent! The staff continuously walked through and asked if you needed anything, if you’d like your umbrella moved, opened, or closed, and were very polite! I will definitely be checking with her for my next trip to PCB!

Great location!

Great location and great stay. This is our second year staying here and we enjoy it. There was a little miscommunication with the cleaning crew and the owner during check in and our condo was not cleaned and ready, however, the owner took care of this right away and got it cleaned for us. Overall, it was a great sister trip!

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and exactly as advertised. It was very clean except for a layer of dust on top of the Mr. Coffee. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed breakfast on the large balcony and the view was breathtaking. The table and chairs on the balcony were nice. The lounges were very rusted. The location was very convenient and a quick drive to Pier Park for shopping and dining. Mike’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar was right across the street. I’ve rented for years from Helen and have never been disappointed.

This condo is on the quiet west end of PCB, with beautiful, pristine beach and sunset views on an oversized balcony. Property is very well maintained and clean, and Helen was very easy to communicate with. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well. You cannot go wrong with this condo on the beach!

Perfect for Family

Our condo was perfect for our family trip. We love how Emerald Isle is on the West end of PCB and not crazy congested. Our condo was clean and efficient, the elevators were quick, and Helen is a dream to work with. This was our 4th time renting one of her properties!

Helen was great communicating with us. This condo was beautiful and the balcony is much bigger than most condos. The condo is not far from the water making the walk to the ocean much better. The room was handicap accessible which is rare for such a nice condo! Highly recommend!

Very Nice Condo and Great Resort

We enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean, well equiped and very comfortable. The only 2 negative that are out of the owners control are they put up the beach chairs at 5p.m. leaving only the sand to sit on and the luggage cart are too tall to roll into the condo. The pools are awesome and the property is very well maintained. Security and the office personnel are very nice. The covered parking was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach /Nice Deck

We enjoyed your condo very much. Minor confusion at first on doors but Helen very nicely clued us in. Beach service a plus. Parking in garage tight so we parked across the street in the overflow garage and that was fine. Elevators worked good, no problems. Had a great week on a wonderful beach.

6th year at Emerald Isle

We love the convenience of this property. We have 4 kids-2 teenagers and 2 elementary aged. They don’t all want to do the same things at the same time. It is very convenient and safe for the teens to move from room to pool to beach. The extra large balcony is the cherry on top.
