Perfect for small, budget-conscious groups of friends, traveling business people, and families alike, this studio-style condo provides a great way to experience the Panama City Beach area! Enjoy a pool, a fitness center, and beach access from this Panama City Beach getaway at the Top of the Gulf condo complex. This studio-style condo offers two to four guests a full coastal experience in a single living space. The space even comes equipped with a small kitchen with all the important appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster - a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Sleep soundly in the 2 queen beds and 2 double futons.. A full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the dinette, the bed, and the living room furnishings. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing.

Within steps of Florida's gleaming beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining, this efficiency condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family to share while they explore Florida's Gulf Coast. This condo is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Signal Hill Golf Course for a day out on the greens - and don’t forget the beach right outside! Some of our favorite activities are sports fishing, hiking in St. Andrews State Park, and walking to Dee's Hang Out for some crab cakes and Cajun remoulade.

Paradise vacation.

I loved everything about these condos! The wonderful breeze through the hallways and balconies. There were so many private/not private special sitting places all around the pool! You can branch off from the crowd and sit with a group and chit chat. The pool was spacious enough for everyone! So close to the ocean! There was a snack bar, concession vending machines, ice machine, etc. the condo was super clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was the best vacation of my life! I will going back repeatedly year after year!

Don't pick this one.

Blankets were old, stained and dirty. Air was LOUD. Futons squeaked every time someone moved. Faucet in the shower was broke and leaked all the time. Door wouldn't latch without deadbolt. Elevators in building were broke when we first arrived. Vents were filthy. I generally do not give bad reviews but this was terrible.

Very poor condo

When viewing the pics of the condo we thought we were in for a treat with the futons and bed. Could not be further from the truth. The bed was as hard as the floor. One futon had a split in it. The other was hard and uncomfortable. The door lock did not lock at first. The entire first day it would not stay locked. The kitchen was straight out of 1950. During a rain, the hallway outside of the condo was ankle deep in water. The pool and beach were nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed especially for the cost of the rental.

I had to get another hotel room for my daughter, grandbaby, and cousin. The lights did not work properly and ac was very loud in all it was horrible. The security guard at the front was absolutely rude and I could never get intouch with the property manager or owner of the condo about this matter.

Was nice for a short trip. Wasn’t told how to get into the room. When we did get to the room it wasn’t ready and the microwave and tv wouldn’t work. Never heard back from owner on how to get in. Wasn’t told about how to check out till after we left. It was in a nice location and the overall place was kept clean.

The AC didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, the floors were so dirty that everything got stained (feet, babies clothes, socks). We swept, mopped and vacuumed but could not get it clean.

the unit really doesn’t fit 4 adults. there’s 1 queen bed and 2 very hard and not comfortable couches that lay down but they are like laying on a piece of plyboard. bath tub was nasty when we arrived. we had to sweep ourselves bc there was just sand and stuff all over the floor. just wish they would’ve made the sleeping details a little more clear and that the floors and tub were cleaned better but otherwise it was okay for the price i guess.

This place was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay here. When we walked in it had an older smell, but we just used a room spray and it covered that up. You definitely get what you pay for, but it was perfect for a cheap, last minute vacation. The dishes were very dirty before we used them. We found that hand washing the dishes also worked much better than the actual dish washer. There is no washer and dryer in the unit, but there is shared washer and dryers you have to pay for ($2.00 for wash, $1.50 for drying). Some machines worked and some didn’t. There needs to be a coin machine in the laundry rooms (bring your quarters if you plan to wash clothes). The sound of the furnace was SUPER loud when it kicks on. Throughout the night it would scare me awake, I’m a light sleeper, so I didn’t sleep well, but the bed was comfy. My last complaint was the blinds. They were all different sizes and some were broken, so it was very bright in the mornings, I would suggest curtains, but this truly was a fun place to stay. It’s the necessities! We were also pleasantly surprised that we could watch the sunset from the room at night! It was beautiful from the room! There is WiFi in the room as well. If you are looking for a fun place to stay this was amazing! Don’t let my little complaints scare you away from this place! We had a blast and this was perfect! Thank you so much for a great vacation!
