Excellent stay!

We had a excellent experience. Very clean condo, great pool and beach access. Excellent view of the beach and ocean. I highly recommend staying at Somewhere in the Sun!

Beach trip

Trip was fun and enjoyed being on the beach side. The only thing was the first morning we went to make coffee and realized there was a crack in the coffee pot. I messaged the number but never heard anything back.

Great Getaway!

My wife and I stayed for a couple nights and I loved the location as it was close to pier park and many other desired attractions while being just far enough away to be away from the commotion. The place itself was very nice and I really enjoyed the balcony furniture. We loved the day bed for relaxing and the tall chairs to look out and over the balcony. It was a very comfortable space that was very tidy and clean. I love the fact that it is on the 20th floor. I love being able to really feel like I’m looking over the ocean. The condo itself is very great. The two pools and hot tubs are great. Would definitely recommend to people traveling with families or those looking for a quick getaway.

Beautiful Family Vacation Spot

Our stay was lovely! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything basic you would need. Stunning views and amazing accommodation right down to the included beach chairs and pool passes.

Great Location!

We had such a great week at Sunrise Beach 2004, the condo was very clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. Close enough to everything but not to busy. Can't wait to come back to Sunrise, PCB.

Beautifully decorated condo in excellent location!

This condo was perfect! Every room was well decorated and comfy, with plenty room for a good-sized family to enjoy. The balcony has plenty room for everyone, as well, with seating for several people. I especially loved the large size washer and dryer, for washing beach towels, swim suits, etc. Since we went on vacation mid-March, the heated pool was also a big plus. The resort was located close to lots of fun places to eat, shop, etc. I would highly recommend this condo!

Very Comfortable

We highly enjoyed our stay. The decor was beautiful for a perfect location. Unit could use a good spring cleaning of the base boards, walls, and the dining furniture was beautiful yet a little wobbly. But we had a fantastic time and would stay there again.

Great Location

Please Read!!

I’m not one to leave reviews like this, but I hope to warn others about what is going on with this unit. We booked through VRBO and Best Beach Getaways was our host. The owners of this unit watch what you are doing by using a RING doorbell which isn’t being compliant with VRBOs privacy policy since it isn’t disclosed. If this information was disclosed in the description like it should’ve been we would’ve NEVER booked this unit. When you do something not to their standards like bring a luggage cart in to load/unload expect to be harassed by multiple property managers and fined $100. If you enjoy being micromanaged and fined for rules that aren’t listed anywhere - this is your place! I’ve never dealt with a company as greedy, unprofessional and rude as BBG. We called the operations manager to talk about the fine we were charged, and she hung up on us. A few minutes later our refund came through. My son found a live cockroach in the bathroom. We disposed of it, but who’s to say there isn’t more crawling around. The owners may want to consider an exterminator with the extra funds they are pocketing by charging their guests fines. For the price we paid - I am extremely disappointed. I will NEVER book anything with BBG or this unit again. There are several rentals out there where we could stay that do not make profits on violating their guests privacy. I never expected to be harassed over a luggage cart on my family vacation. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Great condo and location!

Condo was fantastic! Very clean and close to many places in walking distance. The only down side was smelling smoke and pot while enjoying the balcony! Thanks for a great stay!

Was quick and easy. Condo was ready early so that was awesome. View is beautiful. Condo decorations really nice. Did have to buy more forks as there were only 5 and we had 9 people.

Very dissatisfied, not worth the money.

-Poor communication -Parking instructions weren’t clear -Zero communication with best beach getaways, never answers phone.(not once were we ever able to get in contact with someone) -no front desk or office personnel for the building -the unit floors were dirty -not enough bathroom linens -got locked out of the unit 12mins early. -pool bracelets should not be passed from guest to guest.

Amazing!

The elevators could be slow at peak times but otherwise everything was perfect. I love the location! It was soo close to everything and the amenities were great. The owners thought of everything. Definitely will be staying here again.

Quick Family Getaway

The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect for all age ranges. We walked to every restaurant that we ate at. Definitely worth the time and money.

Cute, clean condo with Amazing View!

The condo is very clean and decorated really cute and has everything you need. I'd recommend taking extra toilet paper though. I was really concerned about check-in not being until 4 pm because we were arriving on a 10 am flight and I could not get anyone from the host company to contact me to tell me if there was a place in the building to store our luggage. This made me quite anxious and worried about what we'd do from 10 to 4 pm with all our luggage. I think from now on I will book with an individual host rather than a corporate-owned condo because their communication was not good; however, we did receive a text very early the day of our arrival with an early check-in code, so we were able to go straight to the condo and put our luggage there. Other than the worry of not being able to communicate with the corporate host, everything did go smoothly. The HOA called and wanted fees, which I thought should have been built into the rental with BeachGetAways. I've never had an HOA approach me about paying a fee. Seemed strange to me but again, the corporate host would not return my calls about this concern. I would give this condo and the property a 5-star rating if the host had been easier to communicate with.
