- Built in 1956 right on the beach at beautiful Alligator Point this house has that Old Florida beach cottage charm. Thanks to a complete renovation in 2009 it has all of the modern comforts. This house is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway yet has enough room for a few kids. This cozy cottage offers a beach experience unlike any other. It is far removed from public beach access ensuring a relaxing getaway year round.
Hurricane Michael update - The property came through the storm untouched! Our beaches are clean and ready for visitors!
