「I booked this fairly quickly thanks to the responsive property manager. I was however routed to another property management website off of VRBO which was unexpected. Check-in at guard gate had a minor delay but I wasn't roaming so didn't read all the instructions. However, it'd have been great if the guard had just shared that he already had my name on a guest list. Inconvenient to have to ring a doorbell and call the guard every time one wants to get in and out of the building, only one...

「Security was not informed of our booking or arrival date. Had a late arrival after 8 PM, tried to check at about 10 and security had to be making calls to let us in. Property entrance makes exiting on a busy two lane street challenging.Apt was fairly clean however the doors leading to the bedrooms and bothrooms hand greasy smudges all over. There was limited Pots and Pans. Could not fry an egg. 」
