Unfortunately, this hotel was a major disappointment. The room was dirty and not up to the standard you would expect for the price. The parking situation is also a complete joke rude staff, confusing, inconvenient, and frustrating.
On top of that, make sure you carefully check what you actually booked versus what you were charged for. I would strongly recommend reviewing your reservation and final bill before leaving.
Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would think twice before staying here again.

We stayed here for three nights and definitely enjoyed it. The room was just a basic size hotel room but it’s all we needed. It was clean and had ac and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of Little Italy and walkable to so many restaurants, the trolley and the waterfront. Not to mention the farmers market is half a block away. Although it is not a “fancy” hotel I would recommend of you want to be in the thick of Little Italy.

"Check in was flawed. We had to wait for our room to be made ready. This was after the 4pm check in time. And then when we were given a room key, it turned out that there were people already in that room. We had to return to the front counter and again wait for another room."
