Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 50" smart TV. Access popular streaming channels using your own log-ins and enjoy local channels via antenna.



Steps away, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher – and a useful selection of small-kitchen appliances, including blender, hand-mixer, air-fryer, crockpot, and toaster. You’ll find a farmhouse sink and plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Enjoy the sunny kitchen window.



Grab your morning coffee from your choice of drip coffeemaker or Keurig coffeemaker, supplied with pods and a milk frother.



Dine at the dinette table for up to 4. Or dine al fresco on the patio at the umbrellaed table for 6.

You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials.



The living-room sofa folds out into a full-size bed with memory-foam mattress to accommodate additional sleeping needs.

Guest Access:

You have access to the entire unit and yard except locked supply closet for the housekeeper. Private front porch and rear patio. Area with firepit, horseshoes, and cornhole is shared with Unit B.



No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with wifi digital keypad. Utilize the last 4 digits of the phone number affiliated with the reservation or a 4 digit code sent prior to check in.



Off-road parking is available in front of unit.

Other Things to Note:

No parties permitted, per owner and VRBO regulations.



One approved dog per stay is permitted with a flat non-refundable fee of $100 per stay.



This is a smoke- free property. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on porches. Violations will result in extra cleaning fees. An exterior butt bin in both the front and back of the property is available for guests use.



Day of Departure:

– Please in the AM load dishwasher/1 detergent POD -under sink and turn on prior to leaving, housekeeper will put away dishes upon arrival.

– Used Bath/kitchen Towels and bath mats/rugs are to be loaded in washer, 1 laundry pod or laundry sheet. Turn on to Quick wash in the AM of departure.

– Housekeeper will strip the beds.

– All bagged trash to be brought outside and placed in the garbage can at the road.

– Please do not use the towels provided to wash off make up. Otherwise regretfully I will be forced to place an upcharge of $15 per towel that is stained.
