"A lovely find. Spacious bedroom. Beautiful views over the sea from the hotel and grounds and some rooms. Nice bar area serving drinks and food. Also a restaurant. The breakfast food was lovely and beautifully presented but the experience was spoiled by many of the staff who had no time for us and were often downright rude. It was a struggle to get anyone to take a hot food order (which often arrived cold). The hotel was clearly understaffed. Some of the staff were brilliant, particularly Christopher who was always friendly and helpful (and worked incredibly hard). "

"Christian and Steph were brilliant.very clear instructions to the property, and even helped us locate a hire car during La Palma’s festival week. The villa is very comfortable, with amazing views and all the necessary equipment. "
