I was charged extra for a poolside room. Which i did not request we needed 2 queen beds and we got 2 full beds . If the did not have the room requested they should have said no we dont have a room

It was a great place for a group. There are 4 beds. One bed is on the balcony but it seemed private with a half bath right there. The other bedrooms were comfortable and private. The bathrooms were great and plentiful. Kevin and Karen were easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. ...
