"Cleanliness was acceptable, but admittedly we are clean freaks (LOL). Beds were reasonably comfortable, and this is highly subjective but they seemed to be a little firmer than we prefer. Stove was difficult to operate, but once we figured it out it worked as it should. Beach access was spectacular. Slider doors along the back wall in the main level need attention. Very difficult to open the main door. Plus needs curtains or blinds as the back of the house faces West and the sun will blast you at the dining table."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Footprints in the Sand for our family that had 4 adults and 2 kids. We fit comfortably with room to spread out. It had everything you can think of to take to the beach to have fun. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The views were amazing. Pool is small, but was perfect for stormy days when there were double red flags. Walking distance to the ice cream shop that also has breakfast sandwiches, and super close to the seafood market. We will definitely stay here again."

"Perfect house for enjoying the cape. The pool is a great size. The elevator makes it easy to accommodate multiple generations staying together, and also makes the check in and check out processes much simpler. The ocean views from the top deck are breathtaking. Everything was clean and as described. Only note I’d make is that only one towel and one washcloth is provided per person for the week, so be prepared with extra washcloths since that item doesn’t typically get multiple uses before a wash. We went out to the closest dollar general-about 25 minutes away-and bought more."

"We were already planning next year's trip before this visit was over, if that's not an indication of how great this property was, I didn't know what would be. The accommodations were spacious for our large group, plenty of relation spaces in addition to great sleeping arrangements, and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat!"

"This was our first visit to the Cape and definitely won’t be our last! The house was spacious for our group, clean, well equipped with all of the cooking utensils you could need, and the pool was an added bonus after a beach day! When we arrived, Keith quickly alerted us of an issue that was being resolved and someone was there as quoted and was able to get the situation resolved. We loved the walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood we were in. Keith provided us with great lunch/dinner recommendations that were adult and kid approved! Keith was a great host and very easy to work with. We cannot wait until we visit again!"
