"Lovely staff, offered to take our bags to the room, always polite and helpful. Had a Superior Twin room with balcony overlooking the gardens, table and chairs on balcony. Nice and peaceful and quiet outlook. Pool area was nice, even had a dip though it was the end of February so water was a bit cold. There was a man with a bird of prey round the pool to chase the seagulls away as they had a tendancy to land in the pool! Breakfast was exceptional, buffet style, cooked breakfast, continental meats and cheeses, huge selection of fresh bread, pastries, fresh prepared fruit and yoghurts, cereals, fresh juices, coffee and tea and even prosecco! In a great location with walking distance to supermarket, Lagos town and the beaches. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff is exceptional. I want feeling well, and the manager asked the chef to make me chicken soup. INCREDIBLE! The service, cleanliness and spectacular view was a delight. "

"Nice one bedroom apartment, close to the beach with a nice restaurant, but restaurant in a hotel was closed for dinner, very inconvenient. Spa and pool only open till 6 pm, just the time to relax. And no robs in the room. Usually hotels with spa provide them. Next time will look for another hotel."

"Room was great outside was a bit messy but obviously they are getting ready for the start of the new season. Only issue was having to wait till 3 o’clock to get into the room which was a pain because we arrived at the 10.30 and had absolutely nowhere to wait so had to find somewhere in town which wasn’t convenient."

"We enjoyed our time at this villa and were impressed with the layout. It worked very well with our family’s needs. Given it was off-season we knew there would be some challenges.We thoroughly appreciated the layout of the villa. Having a central common area was great to accommodate all of us. The bedrooms were nicely isolated from the rest of the villa offering privacy and quiet. The kitchen and dining room worked out well for us too and the kitchen was stocked very well for our week. A few considerations for the owners are as follows:- The “15 minute walk” to the beach is inaccurate as the villa is situated in a cul-de-sac removed from paths. We managed to bush whack our way through the high bushes but even if that path was fully cleared it would be at least a 20-30 minute walk. The listing should simply say it’s a 5-10 minute drive to the beach. - Supplies like dish towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and the like were insufficient for a one week stay by our family. Having a baby with us automatically requires more supplies but this was not factored in. We paid extra for the playpen but this should have also included extra supplies to go along with having the baby here. We felt like the owners were cheaping out on this. - Water conservation. Considering how valuable a resource water is in this area we found it surprising how much water we wasted while waiting for hot water. I would suggest looking at on-demand heating systems rather than what is currently in use. "

"We loved our stay at this villa! The views were stunning and the location was perfect. It was an easy 20 minute walk to downtown Lagos via the boardwalk along the beach. It had all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this property."
