Logement super bien placé, à 20 min de l’aéroport. Maison très confortable avec un super beau jardin bien entretenu. Propriétaire disponible, discret et très gentil. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Très fidèle aux photos, je recommande à 100%

Vaste maison donnant sur une grande terrasse abritée du vent, aménagée avec des transats et une table ronde entourée de fauteuils en rotin et un grand jardin avec un barbecue.Maison très bien organisée : une grande cuisine, une belle salle à manger, un immense salon avec un insert, 1 chambre parentale avec 1 salle d'eau, 1 chambre avec 3 lits, 1 chambre dans 1 tour avec 1 lit et 1 salle d eau.Dans le jardin une micro piscine( taille jacuzzi) pour se rafraîchir.La chambre dans la tour était un peu humide car elle n avait pas dû être aérée depuis longtemps.La maison se situe dans la campagne. Il faut donc une voiture, il y a la place pour la garer dans la propriété qui est entièrement clôturée.L aéroport n est pas loin et on voit au loin atterrir et décoller les avions. On entend un peu le bruit des avions mais ce n est pas du tout gênant. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment autorisé à arriver plus tôt et à partir plus tard ce qui a été bien agréable.A découvrir.

Checkinn und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber waren sehr gut.Das Haus ist unmittelbar in der Nähe vom Flughafen und es ist durch den Fluglärm ziemlich laut. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Für einen Aufenthalt im Februar reichen die Heizmöglichkeiten (Kamin und kleine mobile elektrische Heizkörper) nicht aus, es war ungemütlich im Haus.

The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm!

Es ist eine tolle Anlage mit Potential. Schade, dass der tolle Umschwung nicht besser unterhalten wird. Je nach Wind ist der Fluglärm ziemlich störend und der Pool ist sehr sehr klein.

We have been very satisfied with our stay in Sergio's house. We enjoyed the time there and the house was exactly what we expected according to the descriptions. Its true, you can hear airport caused noise, the pool is not deep nor large, but it was all clear to us or described and therefore we had accept it when booked it. There are a lot of dishes available and even a fridge in the garden with a separate kitchen. Very nice. We had fresh towels when we and it was very clean. And the communication with Sergio was easy, good and very supportive.

kein Fernseher, kein Radio, die Küche schmutzig und die Bestecke alt und schlecht, die Gläser blind, der Geschirrspüler wusch das Geschirr nicht sauber, daher alles mit der Hand gesäubert, keine Kaffeemaschine, die Finca und der Garten in einem ungepflegten Zustand, das 2. Schlafzimmer hatte ein Doppelstockbett und ein Campingbett, für Leute in meinem Alter (74) eine Qual. Der Preis für 7 Tage zu teuer. Die Natur ohne Flugzeuglärm ansonsten toll, der Pool zu klein. Sollte man nicht Pool nennen, eher eine Badewanne. Man könnte aus der Finca viel mehr machen, aber.......

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Sergio. La chambre dans la tour est très atypique. Le fait d'avoir deux salles de bains est très pratique ! Le logement est le jardin sont spacieux ! La piscine un peu petite, mais a le mérite d'être là ! L'environnement est très beau Nous avons eu un peu chaud, mais Sergio nous a tout de suite amener un ventilateur supplémentaire, la communication a été très facile ! Je recommande fortement

Die Finca von Sergio ist sehr nett, sauber, hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, mit dem Auto braucht man ca 10 zum Flughafen, an den Strand und nach Palma. Allerdings ist die Beschreibung bei FeWo Direkt ungenau, weil mit keiner Silbe erwähnt wurde, dass der Pool erst im Juni öffnet. FeWo-Direkt/Vrbo versuchen sich rauszureden, sie seien nicht der Vertragspartner und wollen keinen Nachlass geben, sie verweisen auf den Vermieter. Der Kundenservice ist absolut unterirdisch.

Locatie is schitterend maar lastig te bereiken door slechte weg. Leuk huis, wel achterstallige onderhoud. Veel ramen en luiken gingen niet open. In het zwembad geen water. Geen t.v. aanwezig. Ouderslaapkamer geen kast/opbergruimte. Badkamer geen haakjes voor handdoek. Mooie grote tuin goed omheind. Ideaal voor de hond.

Großes Haus/Grundstück, das nur über einen Feldweg zu erreichen ist. Etwas zu viele Ameisen und ein sehr lauter Backofen, ansonsten gut ausgestattet und sauber! Die Flugzeuge sind deutlich zu hören, unsere Kinder fanden es aber spannend, sie anzuschauen. Gute Ausgangslage, um die Gegend um Palma zu erkunden.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Sergio. Il fait très chaud à Palma au mois d'août et la piscine, bien que de la taille d'un spa, est suffisante et nous a permis de nous rafraîchir à loisir. C'était très appréciable. Il faut obligatoirement une voiture mais être à proximité de Palma au calme nous a parfaitement convenu. Sergio est très réactif et nous a réservé un bel et gentil accueil.

Had an amazing stay at Sergio’s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. Could not recommend more!

La casa es amplia y limpia. el propietario indica que tiene 3 habitaciones, cuando en realidad son dos habitaciones con otro pequeño habitáculo, que no se podria llamar habitacion en el cual ha introducido una pequeña cama. hay muchos bichos e insectos , además de plagas de hormigas y de abispas. La vajilla no permite calentar en el microondas ya que contiene trazas de metal y no hay ningun plato que se pueda calentar. las duchas estan atascadas y se sale agua continuamente. deja una toalla de ducha solo por cada persona que se aloja ( me parecen pocas, ya que no hay toallas de mano ni nada por el estilo). por lo general es una casa amplia que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto , pero debes tener vehículo propio o alquilarlo para poder llegar a ella.
