Tolle Finca für 6-8 Personen

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort..die Finca ist sehr schnell zu erreichen über die MA 15 /schnelle Anbindung nach Palma oder Inselmitte ..Gute Ausstattung/ ruhige Lage (Flugzeuge haben uns nicht gestört)…

Family villa

New villa with great pool. This is not someone’s home, but a stylish purpose built house for holiday rental. Spacious inside but does have a spiral staircase to upper rooms which makes it bit difficult to get suitcases and babies up and down the stairs. V quiet location though this made it a bit tricky for friends and taxis to find us! Better to have a rental car. Pool was clean and gated - which was good for safety as we had 2yo with us, but deep even in shallow end, so better suited to older children who can swim. Lawns around the villa are irrigated which means they are green and attract in wildlife, but would be lovely to have had a few more trees and maybe a vine, as a bit spartan. Only 15 mins to Palma - you can see the planes landing from the pool - but the dual carriageway means you can get most places quickly. Everything works well - well equipped kitchen (could have done with few more plates but loads of glasses and two fridges) and nice outside eating area with bbq. It was 37 degrees when we stayed and ac upstairs was essential but could do with this in ground floor bedrooms too. Agency - and through them the owner - were responsive but it would have been better if we had been given a definite time for check in in advance - rather than on the day.

Für Familien ein schöner Platz

Wir haben mit zwei Familien in der Finca gewohnt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Natürlich sind Kleinigkeiten verbesserungswürdig, z.B. anständiges Besteck, aber im Großen und Ganzen muss man sagen, dass die Finca für Familien perfekt geeignet ist. Der Poolbereich könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Super entspannend

Waren mit Freunden und Pärchen da. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig und super angelegte Anlage. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Haben nichts negatives entdeckt was nennenswert ist :-)

June 2019 Half term

Fantastic holiday. Such a great venue for two families. The five children adored the pool and grounds. Plenty of space to run around and play, leaving the adults free to relax on the poolside terrace. Some fabulous restaurants nearby (by car) and gorgeous beaches. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Villa

Absolutely fantastic villa, everything was spotless, the pool area is ideal and would highly recommend. You do need a car and I would suggest doing your homework on google maps to determine which dirt track you turn onto from the main road, the address & co-ordinates are only for the area and not the villa, some of our family arrived separately by taxi and the driver dropped them off in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. The only slight negative, the property behind has dogs which live outside........and continually bark all through the night, which can be heard from the 2 bedrooms with no air conditioning as the windows needed leaving open for fresh air.

Lovely Holiday

First of all I must state what a beautiful villa this is. The grounds, pool, and everything about the house were excellent. Booking was straight forward with home away, and communication was very good. The property is very rural, which we were looking for, but be aware of this if you like a walk in to a village etc, as you cannot do this from this house. There are plenty of shops within a 10-15 min drive towards Palma, the Aldi just before you get to town is lovely. We stayed with another family, who had stopped at villas before, they raised a couple of concerns, not problems that I would share - nothing in house on arrival, not even a salt cellar or bottle of water. Given you cannot check in till 4 pm this was a little annoying, surely past residents have left salt, sugar etc, - no info at all, no folder pointing out where local shops were, nearest pharmacy etc this would be useful. An example of this is the first night, I was told to go to the Carrefour in Palma as this was nearest supermarket, this was incorrect, an info pack would sort this. - The house is advertised as air conditioned, please be aware that only upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned, a little misleading! 1 air-con unit was not working, apparently this had broken this weekend! Something I found hard to believe when it had a sign on it in English and Spanish that looked very old. Apart from these teething problems, we really enjoyed our stay, I would have no problem at all going back, but do feel these few little niggles should be addressed so guests have an even better time at the villa.
