Welcome to The Steel House, an architectural masterpiece and a true icon of modernism nestled in the heart of North Palm Springs. This beautifully crafted Wexler Steel Home is a celebration of the mid-century aesthetic.



The open-concept living area features designer furnishings, a fireplace, a grand piano, and a streaming-ready Smart TV. A dedicated workspace is also available. The home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces with expansive glass sliders offering stunning mountain and desert views.



**Kitchen & Dining**

The minimalist kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped for your culinary needs. The dining table comfortably seats eight.

* Appliances: Stove/oven, professional hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and blender.

* Features: All-new appliances, elegant dishware, and glassware.

* Coffee Station: Ground coffee maker provided.



**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**

This home sleeps four guests in two bright and spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The modern bathrooms feature sleek fixtures, providing a spa-like experience.

Step outside to your private desert haven, which includes:

* A sparkling swimming pool and a relaxing hot tub.

We provide a highchair and a Pack ‘n Play upon request at no extra charge, along with plastic-ware for children.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, yard, and all amenities, including the private pool and hot tub. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a smart lock. On-site parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles on the property.

* **Pool Heating:** Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee of $99 per night. Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is warm for your stay.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **City of Palm Springs Requirement:** The City requires all guests to sign a separate written contract, which will be sent to you before arrival. Guests must also provide a copy of their government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of their vehicles.

* **Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that there are no cancellations for bookings during holiday and special event weekends. All other refunds are subject to a 5% service charge to cover processing fees.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Our professional housekeeping team uses EPA-registered cleaning products and follows strict protocols to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, soft surfaces, and upholstery before your arrival. All dinnerware is re-washed between stays.
