The air conditioning in the room we were first assigned did not work at all. The hotel knew about it since maintenance arrived before we called. We were moved to another room where the air conditioning was on full and would not turn off. We called maintenance who fixed a valve problem while we went to dinner at the hotel. The food was great but our bill included a drink we never ordered. The waiter apologized and corrected the error. The wing of the hotel to which we were assigned appears to be older and needs a refresh. The main hotel areas and facilities are very nice, including a popular pool area, lobby, and fitness room. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of downtown Palm Springs and across the street from a casino. Be aware that the hotel charges $30/night for self parking.

Very clean property and extremely kind and helpful staff. This is hotel is perfectly located to walk to most destinations. Also appreciated that it was very quiet in the rooms and having a free airport shuttle was a plus.

Let me just start off by saying how clean the room was. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. I had drinks by the pool bar. I had a great experience staying at the Hilton. I will definitely recommend it. It is close to everything.

I liked the location and the facilities. The staff were wonderful as well. I guess what I dislike was the cost for parking but that is expected for the location. We will be back in spite of the osrking cost.

The front desk gave a room key to another guest. While we were in our room they were trying to get into our room , opened the door and thank goodness the safety latch was in place .The constant jarring and noise of the other guest trying to enter was so scary. Apparently they gave another guest our room as well as us. We were confirmed by text email and perdonally at thefront desk with a staff member. This is gravely concerning for the safety OUR safety in so many ways our personal items may have been jeopardized if we were not there. The front desk were somewhat understanding but this could have been embarrassing and extremely concerning in many ways Please let's do better!!!

Perfect hotel for a fast weekend escape, which is exactly what we were aiming for. Clean, great pool, perfectly heated hot tubs. The pool-area bar was a nice touch for cocktails and mocktails for the wife and kiddo. Friendly easy check in and out, free parking. Absolutely our go-to Palm Springs hotel.
