* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night. This must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is warm for your stay.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign an additional written contract, which will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will also be required to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers for any vehicles you will have at the property.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your health and safety are our top priority. Our professional housekeeping team uses EPA-registered products to clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces before your arrival, ensuring the property meets the latest hygiene guidelines.
