am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the accommodation experience I encountered during my recent booking at L3 Oasis in Palm Springs, made through Expedia on 3/27/24
Upon arrival at the designated location, I encountered numerous challenges that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the difficulty in locating the establishment added unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long journey.
However, the most distressing issue arose upon entering the room. To my horror, I discovered the presence of two cockroaches scurrying around. As someone who suffers from a severe phobia of cockroaches, this was an absolutely terrifying experience. Despite my exhaustion from a grueling 20-hour day, the sight of these pests left me in a state of panic and distress.
Regrettably, due to the unbearable conditions, I was unable to stay in the room. I promptly vacated the premises, unable to spend even a single night in the accommodation. Not only did this ordeal cause me immense discomfort and anxiety, but it also deprived me of the rest I desperately needed.
Given the unacceptable conditions and the fact that I was unable to utilize the accommodation for its intended purpose, I kindly request a full refund for the booking. It is only fair that I am reimbursed for the entirety of the amount paid, as the circumstances rendered the reservation unusable.
I trust that Expedia values customer satisfaction and will take address this matter reasonably
