-Private tree-lined backyard (gardeners come once a week, included in rent) with sparkling pool (cleaning and maintenance 2x weekly included in rent), relaxing hot tub, and mountain views
-Perfect for entertaining or unwinding with seamless indoor/outdoor living
-Walkable to grocery store, gym, bank and local eateries
-Conveniently located minutes from downtown, world-class golf, hiking, and cultural attractions
-Ideal for families, pets, professionals and snowbirds -Pool Heating is optional but recommended OCT-MAY at $50 a day. Must be requested 1 day in advance. There is no charge for spa heating.
-For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, front yard, both side yards, and inside the garage. There are no cameras inside the home or in the private backyard.

Excellent hosts and great house. Clean and well appointed. We were even able to host a few family members over the holidays in a roomy back yard with ample seating. The spa was top notch and powerful and easy to operate. Great layout of the home for a medium sized house. Comfy bedding too. Near downtown, airport and awesome bike trail Citi Link. Nice garage and off street parking.
