A large hot tub for 6 spills into your private newly refinished refreshing pool. Enjoy the fire pit on those chilly Fall & Winter nights. *The price includes a $350 gas allowance per 28-31 day booking. That will give you plenty of relaxing jacuzzi nights and a few pool warmups. There are 2 ring cameras facing the pool which will be turned off on your check- in time. There is a ring camera at the front door which will also be turned off at check- in. The only camera that will remain on is the pool equipment side of the home to protect it.

Just returned from enjoying a 1 month stay at this wonderful home! Beautiful inside and out - so clean and modern. Very well-stocked. Great layout, with the 3 bedrooms set apart from each other for privacy. The patio facing the golf course was the best - plenty of warm sunshine in November. The pool and spa were where we spent the majority of our time - the heated private pool was luxury (so much better than a resort with a community pool!). The fire pit was also fun to gather around in the evenings. The owners were SO AMAZING in their attentiveness, friendliness, and prompt responses to our questions (ie how to adjust the pool and spa temps). If we win the lottery we will buy this home!

Plenty of room in the kitchen, stocked for cooking and BBQing outside too! Also, it was a quick 5 min walk to the country club restaurant when we didn't feel like cooking. Many other restaurants in the other - Tommy Bahama was excellent.

Adjustable fire pit on the patio with cushioned surround seating for those cooler November nights.

So pretty and inviting in the dark, too!

Ahhh, wonderfully hot spa with powerful jets and lots of seating room - so fun to relax and look up at the stars!

Sunny Retreat

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The patio area gets sun all day and is very nice to hang out at. We used the spa and pool, they were both great! The location is close to all kinds of shopping and lots of restaurants. Our host was always available and very attentive via text to answer any question we had. We fully enjoyed our stay at this home.
