"The hotel itself is very nice and accommodating. My issue is with the woman at the front desk who was very rude to me and my wife. We asked for her name and she said “it doesn’t matter matter my name I’m the person that’s here now” She was very condescending and didn’t help us at all, and give us a lecture on how to make a reservation in the future, which I did not appreciate. I’ve been using Hotels.com for years and years and then silver member and I did not appreciate the attitude that I received a check in. I definitely will not be back at this hotel and I will recommend you others that they stay away from it. "
