"Staff was pleasant. Pictures on website is misleading. When arriving to our room things seem to be okay. A little outdated but looks like they are trying to upgrade. We returned back to our room after going to dinner and the shower didn't work. They offered another room so we packed up and moved. Arriving to the next room ee unpacked and had a nice shower. BuT when i went to crawl in bed it was totally broke in . There was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress, the toilet ran all night and one of the bedside lamps didn't work. I had to sleep on the edge of the bed a stuff pillows against me to sleep so i didn't roll. Location was good to the area but if you want a goodnight sleep this isn't the place."

"There was mold all over the room, laundry facilities were not functioning, and the facilities were in desperate need for updating. There were hardly any kitchen utensils to use as well. Our initial room was not what we booked and it was changed only after several entreaties. Overall, a very bad experience "

"The room was beautiful and cleaned every day. The staff was so very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again!"
