"Nos sentimos estafados. En Hotels.com pone que tiene 3 estrellas, pero Reservamos una habitación Confort (Premium según nos dijeron en la recepción) basándonos en las fotografías que aparecen en Hotels.com. Nos asignaron la habitación 205 que no tenía nada que ver con lo anunciado. En la web, la habitación se ve agradable, bien decorada, y nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas individuales que habían juntado, pero los cabezales estaban fijados a la pared, por lo que quedaban descuadrados y se...
