Para ser una posada estaba bastante bien en general, si bien es cierto que tampoco fue barato 105€ la noche. El desayuno bastante completo, y buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes y comercios, y a 15 minutos en coche de Espot. Punto a mejorar los colchones que se hundían.

Nos sentimos estafados. En Hotels.com pone que tiene 3 estrellas, pero Reservamos una habitación Confort (Premium según nos dijeron en la recepción) basándonos en las fotografías que aparecen en Hotels.com. Nos asignaron la habitación 205 que no tenía nada que ver con lo anunciado. En la web, la habitación se ve agradable, bien decorada, y nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas individuales que habían juntado, pero los cabezales estaban fijados a la pared, por lo que quedaban descuadrados y se veía feo. También había una mesa vieja de madera con una televisión encima, lo que en general daba un aspecto desaliñado, y para nada similar a lo que anuncian en las fotos. Por otro lado, el baño también era más pequeño y con menos servicios de los esperados, no había una bañera como aparece en la web y estaba pintado de color lila lo que le daba un aspecto sucio. Preguntamos si nos podían dar una habitación "premium" real, o incluso un cambio de hotel de la misma empresa aunque fuera pagando la diferencia y el recepcionista tuvo que llamar para preguntar porque no tenia poder de decisión. La respuesta fue negativa porque no tenían disponibilidad, cuando en su propia web aparecía disponibilidad tanto en ese hotel como en otro cercano. Nos sorprendió tanta inflexibilidad después de habernos cobrado por adelantado 5 días antes, la totalidad de la estancia y las quejas mencionadas. Nos regresamos a casa (3 horas y media por cada trayecto) y arruinándonos las vacaciones.

Un hotel cómodo en una lugar encantador

Muy bien. Incluso a pesar de la lluvia, hemos podido disfrutar de los encantos de les Valls d'Àneu. La atención del personal ha sido excelente.

Para ser una suite, era pequeña, el jacuzzi de la habitación no funcionaba, tampoco había mini bar, la recepción fue muy amable y nos explicó muy bien todo, el desayuno es correcto quizas falta algo de variedad.
