Comfortable beds! Great kitchen amenities (coffee grinder!). Very spacious, room for a girls late night dance party (didn’t have to worry about waking up any neighbors). Love the access to the balcony and vineyards. Awesome to be close to two wineries.

We were really impressed with this property. It was super clean and had everything we needed for cooking. Comfortable beds, nice linens and a great shower. I checked in at the winery next door and James showed me around the property. Location was perfect for exploring Palisades. You may hear the train a couple times at night, but we are very light sleepers. Highly recommend, a 10 out of 10.

What a beautiful home on the Carboy Winery property! Super clean, all the amenities needed, cozy family room and wonderful kitchen! The home is across the parking lot from a wonderful winery with delicious wines and amazing views of Mt. Garfield! We sat on the rooftop of the winery and couldn't get over the views! The owner was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. We will definitely return soon!

Wonderful property and host. The home was great with everything provided and in working order. Very roomy, clean and appealing. All furnishings and appliances were in great shape and up to date. The host, James, was great too. An additional bonus is the environment. Wonderful to be in the midst of a vineyard and tasting room. Nice grounds and views of the hills beyond. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back to the property again next year. It is on our list of preferred places to stay.

This place was fantastic!! Its location makes it ideal for experiencing everything the area had to offer. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was immaculate and had all of the necessities. One of the best parts was getting to visit the tasting room at the end of the day for a glass of wine and some patio time. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Couple of housekeeping items. The drain in the 3/4 bath off the kitchen needs cleaned out. The propane tank on the larger outdoor grill needs to be filled and the grill could use a good cleaning. The cushions on the outdoor furniture need to be replaced and there was not enough cushions for all the chairs. Other than those small items the house was wonderful and we had a great time there.
