"The room was clean and I really appreciated that there was no carpet in the room. It had flooring. The stay was good, the service was great. Didn't have the breakfast, but it smelled delicious. I will warn that the bed was hard. It felt like a box spring covered in padding. I only stayed overnight, so it worked. The building could use a remodel. It was an ok stay. I could see staying overnight again in the future, but no more than that."

"Staff personnel were friendly enough. The furniture in the room was scratched and scared up. I mentioned this to the staff back in May when we stayed there. Food in Oliver’s restaurant is quite good. The $100 deposit seems stiff to me but of course you get that back providing no damages are done. Just grips me that we pay for the carelessness of others."

"We loved our stay! The place was spotless! We loved sitting on the front porch with our morning coffee!! Easy walk to downtown Palisade! The Sunday morning farmers market is incredible! We will definitely be back!"

"The hummingbirds were a bonus I was not expecting! So fun to watch them while having coffee on the patio in the morning. The hosts were incredible! They live in the main house which is connected to the guest house, so they are right there if needed but also respect your privacy. Highly recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay!"
