"The hotel does not have an elevator, and the staff made me feel as if I were staying there for free. One staff member even said that the price I paid only covered a first floor room. I had to carry my luggage upstairs to reach my room, which was quite inconvenient."

"The host claimed to not be aware of our booking and cancelled it once we got to the property. We received the address information a couple of days prior to the booking and were not aware of any issues until we got there. After calling the host a few times, they finally picked up only to note that they could not follow through with the booking. We were a group of 10 women stranded in Burlington on a cold, windy and snowy night - we had driven, taken trains from all over Ontario and had nowhere to stay. The host did not bother to apologize or even talk to us on the phone to explain, they just cancelled. Do not book this property or any others with this owner if you want peace of mind that your stay will go as booked."
