Bon emplacement prêt du palais des normand, parking couvert et surveiller à 8,50 la journée. Apparemment propre et fonctionnel pour découvrir Palerme. Merci à Gulia et à sa maman pour l’accueil et les petites attentions. Nous reviendrons sûrement ici à notre prochain séjour palermitain.

Nice apartment, great hosts, decent location

Rosalia’s house was a very nice, clean and well-appointed full 2-BR apartment with a full dining/living room. The hosts, Rosalia, daughter Giulia (and younger sister) greeted us at the apartment and showed us how everything works. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable and checkout was easy. Giulia was very quick to answer questions and connected us with shops, drivers, etc. The two minor caveats were that the corner it was on was on a loud and dirty street, although just turning the corner and walking a few hundred meters brought us to Piazza Indipenza and the Palermo Cathedral and the rest of the beautiful Historic Center of the City. The other thing, which was clear in the description, was the 3rd floor walk-up (72 steps) because we are older. Not bad with no luggage, but not pleasant under load. To be clear, we were told in the description and in chats that this was the case and we handled it well.Overall, a very nice place and we would stay here again!

Super séjour

Deuxième séjour chez Rosalia,cette fois 8 jours avec la famille:2 enfants,3 adultes;tout est parfait ,bon accueil de Rosalia et de sa fille.Jus de fruits,confitures,gâteau etc.. Et vue sur le Palais de Normands depuis le balcon! Emplacement exceptionnel au calme et cependant proche de tout. Merci Rosalia.

Well located apartment with a very nice host

The apartment is very close to the Cathedral, one of the main attractions of Palermo. The apartment is clean and has everything one needs. The host is very kind, and left a lot of goodies in the apartment for us, and really cared that we were satisfied. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us. The neighborhood is a bit shabby, but very convenient

Comfortable and convenient

Rosalia and her daughter were there at check in to great us and review the apartment. Very lovely people. The kitchen was nicely stocked, which made settling in easier. The neighborhood is next to the Norman Palace and the main tourist street. It took us 15 minutes to walk from the train station. It is on the noisy side and not in the cleanest part of town. Thankfully there was a nice fan that we kept on at night for comfort and dull the courtyard and street noise. A/C in bedroom. No tp allowed in the toilet.

Bon séjour chez Rosalia

Appartement conforme à la description,climatisation dans une chambre et ventilateur dans le salon,le seul point faible la douche un peu juste pour des grands gabarits!(le pommeau de douche serait à changer!!!) sinon tout est parfait et Rosalia nous a très bien accueillies

Spacious apartment close to main sights

We slept wery well in this apartment. Air conditioning was very efficient and there was no traffic noise. Two bedrooms with lots of closet space. Separate kitchen and a living room. The hostess was very friendly and responsive. We could walk to all sights in old town. The apartment is in 3rd floor with no elevator - good excercise.

Excellent séjour à Palerme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Palerme. L'accueil de Rosalia et de son mari était chaleureux. L'appartement est conforme à la description et très propre. Le quartier est bien situé (proche du centre historique) et nous n'avons jamais ressenti d'insécurité. Nous avions une voiture de location et avons toujours trouvé de la place gratuite à proximité (après 19h). Nous recommandons ce logement.

Buon soggiorno ma...

Appartamento ampio, pulito e attrezzato con tutto il necessario. È molto vicino al centro zona Cattedrale. Le uniche note negative derivano dalla mancanza di un ascensore (l'appartamento è al 4° piano) e soprattutto dalla posizione: pur essendo vicinissimo al centro, infatti, la zona non è delle migliori (per usare un eufemismo).

Super emplacement

Appartement tres agreable avec une bonne orientation qui permet de ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur et de profiter du balcon avec vue sur le palais des normands. Sonia est une hotesse charmante, tres reactive et a l'ecoute. On a adoré notre sejour qui nous a paru trop court. Concernant l'emplacement nous étions mitigé par notre premiere impression mais vous etes juste a cote du centre historique et le petit parking juste devant est gratuit avec toujours de la place. Bref c'est un emplacement ideal. L'appartement est très bien équipé et le petit panier d'acceuil avec de quoi dejeuner et grignoter est très sympathique . Merci a Sonia pour son acceuil nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement propre et situé à proximité du centre de Palerme avec vue sur le palais des normands ! Seul bémol quartier quelque peu bruyant. Sonia nous accueilli avec gentillesse et les petites victuailles à notre arrivée sont très appréciables ! Merci !!

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal centro! Curato nei minimi dettagli e perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Sonia e sua sorella sono state gentilissime e molto accoglienti al nostro arrivo. I nostri soggiorno è andato molto bene. Grazie di tutto!

Great Location to Monuments

We really enjoyed our stay, very convenient to all the historic monuments! The apartment was very good size for our family. Washing machine, AC in the master, all cooking supplies needed, we were very comfortable and ate dinners at home. However, the location was in a bit of a secluded area. We were advised by the locals to just be careful at night. During the day we were totally fine, no problems. We did not stay out to late as to be back by dark :). We are a family with two young children, so that makes a difference. For an adult group you would probably have no problems.

Idéal pour visiter Palerme à pied

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours chez Sonia. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. Nous pouvions allé au centre ville à pied et nous pouvions aussi nous déplacer grâce au bus. Sonia est très accueillante et disponible.
