Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.



For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00

EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.



The city tax has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach Palermo Lolli station by train, less than 15 minutes on foot from the apartment. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).



- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus (124) which stops near the property.



- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free or for a fee near the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
